Eric brings 20 years of experience leading operations and scientific advancements in the global laboratory testing sector with prior assignments in Asia, Europe, and North America.  He is passionate about designing and implementing programs that optimize business performance and give value to clients. He aspires to drive digitalization and automation technologies to enhance Sannova’s reputation around Quality, Speed and Flexibility.

Eric holds a BS in Chemistry from Saint Louis University and a MS in Analytical Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is active in many scientific associations and is a Certified Project Manager since 2016.

When not in the lab, Eric and his family are likely planning a trip to add to their list of countries visited(15 to date)!

Spearheading Sannova’s commercial operations & marketing strategy, Aashritha brings a customer-centric and efficiency-driven approach to the team. She focuses on bridging study execution between the lab and clients with an emphasis on turn-around times and flexible study support. Aashritha began her career in investment management, and discovering a passion for growing companies, transitioned to fintech, where she worked with series A level startups in developing innovative client solutions.

Aashritha holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business, and a B.S. from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Outside of work, you can find Aashritha flexing her creative muscles with dance, catching up on a book, or planning her next adventure around the world.

Charlie transitioned from A hands-on role to business development where he combines a technical consulting approach to identify customer problems, and through collaboration with his operational colleagues delivers innovative solutions. Charlie brings forth the same approach to Sannova, forging new partnerships with our valued customers and positioning the sales team to propel Sannova to the next phase of growth. With a work-hard play-hard mentality, he strives to make himself and those around him great at what they do while enjoying the process along the way.

He Holds a PhD in Pharmacology from The University of Texas at Austin (Go Longhorns!).

Charlie is a husband and father of 2 boys, and enjoys his free time playing guitar, grilling , and getting out on the golf course.

With over 30 years of financial and operational experience, Steve brings financial rigor, progressive change management, and fiscal responsibility to Sannova. With a strategic focus, he has served as the CFO for four companies of various sizes and stage of development, including leading a successful IPO in 2014. In addition, he brings deep industry knowledge through his role as an Equity Research Analyst following the Drug Development Services sector.

Steve is a CPA (inactive) and CFA. He received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

He is an avid cook and long-distance runner, annually completing the 26.2 mile run around his chosen neighborhood (New York City).

Jason brings his 25+ years of global leadership experience to Sannova to enable our clients work in drug discovery, development, and manufacturing with the ultimate hope of providing more effective, safe, and affordable therapeutics to those in need.His relentless focus on the customer and employee experience has allowed him to develop strong customer advocacy and employee engagement throughout his career.He aspires to apply a digital mindset to take the Sannova experience to new heights.

Jason holds a BBA in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

A generalist both professionally and personally, he enjoys a variety of outdoor sport, culinary adventures, is an adoring husband and a grateful dad.

Pinakin Patel, a pharmacy graduate with a strong background in bioanalytical laboratories, brings 18 years of extensive experience in the field. With in-depth knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations. He excels in method development and sample analysis of diverse substances such as small molecules, proteins, peptides, biomarkers, polymers etc. He has engaged with FDA/EMA during facility and project audits, establishing a track record of regulatory compliance.

Pinakin holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the accredited university of Gujarat, India.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Patel finds joy in traveling with his family. He is an avid cricket batsman and holds a strong spiritual inclination.

Suresh Adapa brings over 25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Analytical R&D within multinational companies, serving the North American and European markets. Suresh fosters a culture of accountability within his team and areas of influence, driving results and promoting excellence in adhering to established processes and policies. His expertise encompasses current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements, ICH guidelines, USP requirements, and FDA guidance for multi-dose formulations ensuring compliance and quality throughout the drug development and manufacturing process.

Suresh holds a Bachelors and a Master’s in chemistry from Andhra University, India.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching Indian Classical Dance and a good stand-up comic!

With over 40 years’ experience, David Jones possesses extensive expertise in the fields of Drug Discovery, development, and cGMP Drug Manufacturing. His profound comprehension of Analytical Sciences further strengthens his skill set. Fueled by his passion for Science, Dave strives for the advancement of drug development and curing disease.

David is an alumnus of SUNY SBU and currently holds the position of Chair Elect for the Princeton Section of the American Chemical Society, showcasing his commitment to scientific leadership.

With a broad range of scientific interests, he finds joy in being a dedicated father to his two boys and a loving husband. David’s unwavering dedication to Sannova is evident, as “he would rather be at Sannova than at the beach.”

Malleswar Kollu comes from decades of experience in bioanalytical and analytical research and has led Sannova’s  laboratories, overseeing GMP and GLP practices across a range of CRO services.

Starting off his career at Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Malleswar is well versed in developing selective and sensitive HPLC and LC/MS/MS methods for the quantification of drugs and their metabolites in biological fluids. Kollu holds expertise in extraction techniques for clinical studies as well as developing SOPs and part 11 compliant validation plans. Having worked with hundreds of molecules and methods over the span of his career, Malleswar brings top-notch scientific expertise to pharmaceutical projects.
